Thomas has been extremely helpful in making my experience as a first-time buyer as smooth as possible. He has gone the extra mile in liaising between myself and the seller, solicitors, and freeholder, ensuring that things moved along as efficiently as possible. He is always pleasant in our interactions and can put himself in the buyer's shoes, communicating with all parties from that point of view. As someone who likes to be informed at every step, I appreciated that he provided updates as needed and took my calls whenever required. Word to the wise regarding M&P

I have had multiple challenges working with this letting agent and and would not recommend them as a tenant. They look out for their landlord clients and make a pretty penny doing it. Even my landlord said their fees are high. The staff changes frequently and there was a lot of pressure for me to bid high and do a long tenancy to get a flat I ended up having to leave early as they neglected to put in a break clause which was very expensive for me and very lucrative for them. Max Davis and Roy Khan were very helpful though, but make sure you read the fine print before you sign anything as it may come back to bite you!

Arguably the worst agents in London. Don't even think of working with these people. They are nice and useful until you sign, after that they are not just useless, but will ignore you, make your life hell and purposely sabotage your peace. Also not a one person in the staff sort of thing. Disgraceful these bunch are still in business.
