GoogleI had a bad experience with another company and decided to switch to KFH, it was the right decision, it felt like switching from amateurs to true professionals. The manager Rita gave me a lot of helpful advice about my property and my agent Ayoube was ALWAYS very quick and responsive. Sale was secured immediately.I will use KFH for my other property and will not hesitate to recommend this team!

GoogleOf course, buying your first home is hugely exciting, but it also comprises some nerves, a touch of anxiety having saved month after month, year after year and just the general stress of it! However, dealing with RKH and in particular Rita and the team at the Battersea branch, they exceeded all expectation and minimalised all the above emotions and feelings. Highly professional, attentive, always at the end of the phone and even when clearly tired after a long week and still in the office late Friday eve, Rita and team were always accommodating and there to help. Couldn’t recommend more highly. A huge thanks for all their efforts.

GoogleThe only problem was that a high valuation set an expectation. Other than that, the sale went through easy and Ina was very pleasant to deal with and kept me informed throughout. Buyer was a little demanding, but all's well that end's well.

GoogleAbsolutely the most professional estate agency we ever come across (and we met few along the way) We sold our flat with Kfh Battersea Park, the level of interest, can do attitude and professionalism was superb. It was a long journey and we felt kfh were behind us all the way. Dominic who followed our sale is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, he helped us with everything and beyond and we cannot thank him enough. Also a special thanks to Rita and Charles who we dealt with briefly but have been truly lovely and caring. The whole team in this branch is outstanding and we will recommend KFH to all our friends and family. Keep up the amazing work guys!
