GoogleWe used KFH to sell our flat and Emilia Minopoli was our main point of contact. Due to conveyancer incompetence our relatively simple, chain free, sale turned into a stressful and drawn out process!! Emilia was excellent at keeping things calm and on track, showing great experience. Her communication, knowledge and work ethic are excellent, delivered in a kind and friendly manner. GoogleI'm very happy with how the KFH team markets my flat on websites (great pictures too!) and finding the RIGHT prospects. Ina is a excellent communicator throughout the entire selling process, she proactively check-ins on weekly basis, very responsive and sometimes really go the extra miles to talk to the solicitors from both ends to tasks are completed as per schedule. I strongly recommend KFH Battersea Park to anyone looking to buy / sell flats in Battersea / Clapham Junction area.

GoogleI've been very happy with KFH Battersea Park as agents for the sale of my house. Emilia was brilliant throughout the process with regular updates and feedback after each viewing. The sale was at risk of not completing (actually all my own fault, due to a change of circumstances) however Emilia was able to find a solution and time frame that worked for both parties, so very impressed!
