GoogleIsabelle and her team were fantastically helpful and proactive all the way through the process, which was not an easy one. She was calm and acted promptly and efficiently to every query and question that came up. GoogleThe team at KFH have been really helpful, diligent and efficient, especially Tatiana and Emilia. Tatiana was my contact when renting my flat - she has organised everything so quickly and communicated excellently with me regarding my flat rental. Emilia was my estate agent when finally coming to sell the flat - she was very easy to communicate with, very efficient and made the process feel as smooth as possible. I will definitely use them again and would recommend to others.

Ina handled the sales process excellently and followed through every stage of the process while maintaining constant communication. Being new to the UK property market, Ina guided me through every step and understood my requirements to help me secure the desired property. GoogleEmilia was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. We had a couple of tricky moments in the sale of our flat, but Emilia stayed so positive throughout and was in constant contact. She was crucial in the competition of the flat sale, being the middleman between myself, the buyer and the solicitors. Which allowed us to complete in 9 weeks. Any issues or questions I needed answering, Emilia was always so happy to jump on a call to talk them through or message over email and whatsapp.

GoogleIna Betsi (Sales Assistant Manager) proved fundamental in helping my mum list her Battersea property initially and following our first meeting with Ina we were both left really impressed. Ina sat down with us both an explained the entire sales process with us in detail, but in a format that we could both easily understand given the fact that it was my Mother’s first time selling a property. I was extremely impressed by Ina’s knowledge of the market, her in depth knowledge of the area and the fact that she was well informed on the performance of other comps in the area similar to ours who had sold recently. Ina left us both feeling 100% trusting of KFH and reassured that they were the best estate agent to deal with our sale. Ina is extremely pleasant in person and I couldn’t have wished for anyone else to have sat down with my Mother and guide her through the process of getting the property listed, setting a realistic asking price and arranging an impressive number of viewings. Many thanks to Ina for making what would seem like an extremely daunting process easy and stress free. You have made a real difference for us and we can’t thank you enough.

GoogleBradley was amazing throughout the whole experience of finding a flat to rent. In this current market where it's usually nightmarish and extremely stressful he was super responsive and put in a good word for us with the landlord who ended choosing us for the property. And even after the contract was signed Bradley was always keen to help with any issues and I'm sure he will be throughout the whole tenancy. Thanks again !
