GoogleOur experience of KFH Battersea Park was very good throughout the process of selling our house. Ed and his team gave sound and honest advice from the outset and were always available and responsive - particularly when things became in anyway complex or problematic. They were a pleasure to deal with. We were especially impressed by the mortgage consultant that KFH Battersea Park introduced - Kevin Hurley was exceptionally thorough in preparing us for applications and patient in understanding our particular financial situation. He was able to solve problems as they came up and navigated us to the right deal. GoogleWe're very pleased with the service provided by KFH throughout our renting process. It was very seamless and organised - we managed to move into the new flat in 5 days after viewing. All made possible by great staff, expecially thanks to main negotiator, Harry Appleyard, who dedicated himself to make the renting process as quick as possible without any delay, which we really appreciated. He was a super star for us! We are very happy with the property we just moved in, and highly recommend the agency.

GoogleI have had a fantastic experience buying my first property through KFH, Emilia has been my agent throughout the process and was extremely helpful and friendly. Even after we lost a bid on our first property, she quickly helped us to secure a second property that matched exactly what we wanted within a few days. She is always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate our request for viewings and to answer questions promptly. I will certainly look to use KFH again for future property purchases.

GoogleI think Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward are very good agents - they don't wait for the buyers to come to them but are always proactive in their approach. They are efficient and courteous and return calls and emails on the same day. Ina is brilliant and has been doing a good job for me on my sale; and Emelia too has been great; they are both enthusiastic and positive about my flat and nothing is too much trouble for them. It's a very good overall team.

GoogleIt has been great to work with the Good Estate agent from start to finish. I was previously listed with another agent for over a year with minimal interest. Switching estate agents was the best decision I ever made, Emilia and the team made a difference from day one by getting us far more viewings then we had previously and offers on the table came between a months. Emilia easy to work with, excellent throughout my sale of my property, great service, always keeping me updated and we managed to complete very quickly with her help. If you are looking to sell your property then I would definitely recommend Emilia I honestly believe that if it were not her and her advice along the way that our chain would have fallen apart Fantastic! GoogleFrom Ed’s calm affability at the viewing, to Josephine dextrously stewarding a pre-Stamp-Duty-deadline completion, a great experience all round. Building motion from inertia, Josephine managed all parties (myself included) to keep momentum in times of high case-load - it’d probably be fair to say, had it not been for Josephine, I’d have a fair bit less in my pocket for furnishing right now. Pro-activity, whilst championing the interests of all parties, means I know who to contact when I’m on the other side of the equation :-)

GoogleHello. I especially want to highlight and commend Bradley. He is truly a professional at what he does. Without his support, I might not have had the motivation to go through with the renting process. He’s trustworthy and provides clear, reassuring answers. My rating is not for KFH as a whole, but specifically for Bradley. One small suggestion, it would be great if he had a work mobile phone and checked emails more frequently 😁 Kind regards.

She has been cognisant that I am a first time buyer, formed an idea quickly of the style of flat I was looking for and was not pushy (something I find incredibly stressful given I’m a full time worker and constantly on calls!) would definitely recommend working with her

GoogleWe had an excellent experience working with Louis ! His professionalism, integrity and transparency was evident throughout the process. We appreciated his focus on our specific needs. Rather than just sending us every available listing, he thoughtfully presented options that aligned with our preferences, saving us time and effort; and responded flexibly to 'real -time' changes in the schedule and requirements as we learned the market. He provided honest and insightful answers to our questions, and if there was something he did not know, he made sure to find out rather than giving us incomplete information. We have not completed our search. Louis has provided solid value-added to our journey to date, allowing us to move at our own pace. We highly recommend him to others, and we will certainly continue to request his specific guidance going forward!

GoogleIn an exhausting and often stressful property search, Alex Da Silva Marla from KFH was the first agent we worked with (out of a lot of other agencies) not to falsely oversell the property or pressure us into making an offer on it - instead making us feel relaxed, at ease, and free to ask any questions we needed. We felt that Alex really fought our corner and managed to secure us a property against other offers. Communication was excellent (a viewing was arranged promptly for the same day upon being contacted about the property) and efficient. GoogleI used KFH to find and buy a new home in Battersea. Ina from the Battersea office was my "go-to" person. She was very impressive, having a great knowledge of the area (she actively listened to what I wanted to buy, and took me to see various properties which were all of interest - rather than doing what some estate agents have done before, which is to ignore what I want and take me to properties they want to sell me!). Throughout the buying process Ina was the stand-out person who was incredibly responsive, and very good at managing and coordinating often chaotic solicitors in order to get the sale through before the SDLT deadline. She did an enormous amount of work behind the scenes after the sale was agreed and I'm very appreciative. She was also uplifting to work with on what can be a very stressful life experience. Lastly, whenever I spoke to anyone else in the office they were always very "on it" and personable. I'll use KFH to sell & buy next time - highly recommend!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
