She was very accommodating and understanding through my quite prolonged and rather difficult first-time buying experience as a newcomer to the country and the legal process and implications (leasehold vs freehold), standard verbiage in lease agreement, etc. The whole team was also very supportive and catering to my needs. I felt some pressure to complete by management at the end (perhaps misunderstanding) which I didn't appreciate but we were able to level-set and come to understanding to complete in the end. GoogleExcellent team with a real drive to get your house sold. The customer service and communication is spot on. They always reply promptly to queries and get things done! Selling a home can be stressful but the Battersea Park kfh team (particularly Rita) really helped smooth the process and instill confidence that the sale would actually happen.
