GoogleBradley from the Battersea office was absolutely amazing at helping me find a flat in a short period of time despite my tight situation. He was very attentive, gave great advise when asked, and always let me know who I could deal with when he was not in office, or called back to verify all was ok if he missed any of my emails while he was away.

Even tho we did not go through the offer, he was always very nice and positive and the whole time he tried to help us to find something. GoogleWe were very pleased with the way the team marketed our flat, the pictures were excellent - we felt they made our flat stand out from other similar properties on sale. While we were having viewings, Ina and Emilia’s communication was great and our time very much respected, making sure viewing times worked for us and that we were given adequate notice. After we accepted an offer, Ed was exceptionally good at communicating between the parties, ensuring things are on track, navigating the difficulty of leasehold queries and pushing both solicitors into action when needed. I really feel that Ed went above and beyond in how ‘on top’ of everything he was and it made what could at times be quite a stressful process a lot more manageable. Overall, I can’t recommend KFH Battersea Park enough, it was a pleasure to sell our flat through them and I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent in the area. Thank you Ed, Emilia, Ina and Aaron

GoogleWe bought one of our investment properties through KFH battersea with Emily as the sales the agent. The process was very smooth and we cannot commend Emily highly enough on both her accuracy, professionalism and eagerness to help with any queries we had. She was always either, on the other side of the phone/email or called back promptly if we left a message. Upon taking our consent, she also put us in touch with Tatiana in lettings, who proved to be of great help in letting the property to suitable tenants.

Definitely use KFH …
