GoogleThey scam people with apartments. They rent out dirty, broken places with promises to fix everything by your move-in day, but it never happens. The staff are complete idiots, unprofessional and lazy, only interested in getting the payment and avoiding any responsibility.

GoogleIf you're a landlord or a tenant I would avoid Johns and Co at all costs. We moved into a property in January and moved out 6 months later due to being mis-led by Johns and Co. When we viewed the property the agent had the price written on his hand for the unit, which was actually wrong. We was shown a property with two TVS and upon moving in one had been removed and we was told that it was never part of the unit. They mis-led us when showing us around embassy gardens and did not make it clear that there was no concierge / security on the block we moved into by taking us through the main entrance and failing to mention the back entrance which allowed anyone to have access as there were no security fobs on the lift like everywhere else in embassy gardens. Johns and Co are extremely unprofessional, when we vacated I dropped the keys off to the unit which they lost and emailed me asking where I had left them despite giving them to two of their colleagues. The inventory check out was 50 minutes late leaving us stood outside waiting because J&C failed to notify the clerk of the time of the appointment. Even our landlord who we met upon vacating removed the listing with Johns and Co because they were so poor.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
