Isabel, Vanessa and Marwa were absolutely fantastic during my process a landlord to rent out my flat for the first time. We've had numerous issues including rodents, bathroom windows that wouldn't open, leaking taps. Issues were resolved fast at first, but the rodent issue has been ongoing for months now - we have holes in the flat that go directly to the street, which still hasn't been resolved and is a literal health hazard.

Spyros’s service is amazing

Spyros is one of the nicest person I have ever met. He is efficient, has a friendly attitude and is willing to help you with anything. I think he is a role model for everyone. My bed has been broken for a long time. The landlord has been unwilling to reply to my messages and let me use the broken mattress and bed for several months. I feel helpless, but with the help of Spyros, everything has been solved in just a week. I feel very happy and relieved to get practical solutions within a week. To be honest, I never had any expectations for British staff, but he surprises me that there is still such excellent staff in uk.

Recently moved into a place with the help of Johns & Co and have found the service to be hit and miss depending on the part of the process. When moving in, I had several problems with the apartment that included no communication on the missing guide book, missing keys and several mechanical faults. So the pre checks done prior to the move in were poorly managed however I believe this is done partially through a third party. Now for the bright side. Huw was absolutely fantastic at managing my expectations by showing properties outside of business hours to assist with my availability due to long working hours. He maintained communication extremely well and was the standout by far from anyone I have interacted with at Johns&Co. EDIT: 13/03/20 Since moving into the apartment, we have been taken care of by Charlotte as our property manager. She has been extremely professional in her approach through being highly responsive, pragmatic and caring when it comes to anything to do with the apartment. I do hope we continue to have her as our property manager going forward as I don't think anyone can top the service provided by her. Thanks, Charlotte! Paul
