Our experience with Johns and Co was one of the best I’ve ever had with a letting agent. Sam especially made the whole process one of the most effortless, was always on hand even out of office hours and managed to help myself and my partner get the place we wanted even at a difficult time for everyone. Elliot was genuinely fantastic throughout this process of buying our first home. We've had numerous issues including rodents, bathroom windows that wouldn't open, leaking taps. Issues were resolved fast at first, but the rodent issue has been ongoing for months now - we have holes in the flat that go directly to the street, which still hasn't been resolved and is a literal health hazard.
