JP have let and managed a property of mine for years now. The service has been exceptional and I have nothing but positive approbations to share. Samuel manages the property and has been attentive to both my needs and that of the tenants. In this industry, with flailing standards everywhere, it is important to work with the best. FacebookHaving recently rented my property through James Pendleton. I can't recommend them highly enough. They walked me through the process and found me some amazing Tenants. From the first contact they where professional and informative. Thank you Jacob you where amazing. Thank you also to the angel department, after realising I needed safety certificates, Zara sorted everything out for me and made sure I had everything in order.

They made my transition pretty easy and handled everything on my behalf. They also provided all the documentation necessary to complete my move. I literally focused on work the entire time whiles they ensured I had everything in place for my move day. In short they are the best.
