Steer well clear of James Pendleton. We entered into a dispute with the Landlord who refused to fix an issue with damp. James Pendleton provided fraudulent evidence for the Landlord to use as well as withholding evidence for us to use. Fortunately, the council stepped in to provide evidence but in other areas we were unable to combat fabricated evidence.

The quality of collateral produced was superb, really impressive, and certainly got me not only a good price but also a speedy sale. The advice and support I received from both of them throughout my sale was really appreciated. I highly recommend this team to make a usually stressful time much less so!

GoogleNot every estate agent is the same. We dealt with 3 agents in Wandsworth's estate agent-tactic Bellevue Rd and Pendleton's gave us the best experience and result by far. In a house sale in a tough time for selling, there are no guarantees whoever you choose; but Pendleton's maximised our chances by doing everything right.
