GoogleAfter selling my house following divorce, I wanted to find a flat of similar quality. I viewed over 30 properties but I didn't like any of them. Then James Pendeleton found me a wonderful flat overlooking Wandsworth Common. Their agent Josie worked so hard to get the deal over the line - including by resolving a massive problem on completion day. I am a landlord, James Pendleton have provided an excellent service to me over the years with the core Team (Suzan, Zosia, Hana, Will, Elliot and Mariola) doing a fantastic job from finding tenants, dealing with renewals, sorting all the paperwork seamlessly and And collecting rent. I highly recommend them over any other agent in the area.

I've used James Pendleton to let a flat for the last 5 years. They have been consistently excellent from securing tenants to renewing agreements and looking after tenants in between. I use them because I know they show genuine care and respect for the tenants (as well as the landlords) and I take comfort knowing that tenants have a positive experience.

FacebookHaving recently rented my property through James Pendleton. I can't recommend them highly enough. They walked me through the process and found me some amazing Tenants. From the first contact they where professional and informative. Thank you Jacob you where amazing. Thank you also to the angel department, after realising I needed safety certificates, Zara sorted everything out for me and made sure I had everything in order.

GoogleHarassing, bullying, and disrespectful. We had a very unpleasant buying experience through Pendleton's, who our solicitor said was 'the worst estate agent they have ever dealt with'. The agents harassed us constantly and frequently made unsubstantiated ultimatums and threats of the sale process being terminated with no justification or reasoning. Even the vendor's solicitor stated that they were 'stirring things up and are not helping' the situation. In addition, the listing for the property contained clear falsities, and at multiple points we were given deliberately misleading information. Throughout, Pendleton's showed zero concern for us and our personal circumstances. Much of our negative experience was dictated by our direct communication with the owner of the agency, suggesting this unprofessional and unscrupulous culture is set from the top. Avoid if you have any choice.
