GoogleThe team at James Pendleton were very professional and worked hard from the initial meeting and valuation to completion. Once we accepted an offer, Bella and Katherine were always on hand to make sure that the process went as smooth and as quickly as possible, following up regularly and offering help and advice where necessary. Everyone that we dealt with - Tom, Emily, Bella and Katherine - were very personable and I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleEd Whyte acted for our vendors recently. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, professional and generous with his time. He went above and beyond to ensure our chain exchanged, despite various wrinkles along the way, and it is fair to say that it would not have happened without him. We will certainly be using Ed if we decide to sell in the future, though we can't imagine wanting to do that anytime soon - Game of Homes isn't a whole lot of fun, especially during a pandemic - but we are now very excited for a completion soon! Moving house during a global pandemic was never going to be easy but Ed made the process as smooth as it possibly could be. Speedy service and slick set up - very professional. The only reason it is not 5* is that there are perhaps too many individuals involved in dealing with a property (I am a landlord) which can get a little confusing and things can get lost in communication.

I've had a poor experience thus far with the Clapham Office lettings branch of JP. I'm a landlord and, whilst they found me decent tenants quickly, their attention to detail in many other aspects of getting the tenancy in place was very disappointing. The tenants had been misinformed about aspects of the property , and they failed to follow my instructions about others. In all cases they just deflected valid criticism as admin errors or the fault of third party contractors.
