Our contact at James Pendleton was Suzan Salih. Suzan was wonderful in explaining the processes involved in renting and helping us sort out all paperwork/documents for a speedy, efficient, stress free rental. The rental has been between two families and she liaised with all parties involved and never once made us feel as if we asked too many questions or that she had to repeat things to each family ! It has been a pleasure dealing with Suzan and everyone at JP and we are now looking forward to enjoying the flat with the back up support if needed.

James Pendleton offers the best in the market and delivers quality service

James Pendleton is a fantastic agency, and I had an amazing experience conducting my property search with them. The man behind making that happen for me is Thomas Soutar - one of James Pendleton's senior letting consultants. He really went above and beyond - he was quick to book me in for a viewing, quick to send my offer to the landlord, and quick to let me know that my offer was accepted - in fact, it literally took only 10 hours from the time I found the property online to the time I was notified my offer was accepted - because of how fast Thomas works. He also responded to over 30 emails from me in the span of a week, and replied over the weekend. Thomas made sure I was well aware of the entire process and remained extremely transparent in all our conversations. It was important to me that I move in as soon as possible, and Thomas made it happen. If you're in the market for a beautiful flat to rent, I'd recommend looking with James Pendleton - and if you need someone who can respond quickly and get the ball rolling without prompting them, Thomas Soutar is your guy.

Our experience with Matthew Woodham could not be more pleasant. He completely understood our requirements and preferences to find the most suitable property for us and delivered an exceptional level of care and was with us from the first moment until we got the keys! When we first got in touch with Matthew, he spent the whole day taking us to different sites and organised the day so efficiently; allowing us to view as many properties as possible in one day. Although we were not keen on any of the properties at the time, Matthew was very patient with us and was not pushy at any point. After months of searching, Matthew got in touch and recommended a property that ticked all our boxes and for that we are very grateful. Given that the property was a new build, there were uncertainties with completion date, applications etc which can cause a lot of stress. Matthew was always available to help and give suggestions during that time which really helped smooth out the process. All in all, he represented James Pendleton in the most professional way possible and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Going forward, anything property related for ourselves and our friends, we know who to contact.
