Marianna Charalambous- Agent

Marianna Charalambous is the agent for the property I am renting and she is quite good. She was a welcome change from the previous agents who showed me the property and thereafter the ones who were managing it. Marianna is matter of fact, prompt, empathetic and makes a sincere attempt to resolve issues. I faced quite a few in the property and Marianna took note of my requests, given I was pregnant at the time and in my last few weeks, ensuring that steps were taken expeditiously towards the solution. She kept me updated and acted responsibly. She was available telephonically and also wrote to me via email, thereby ensuring that the communication chain always remained intact- which for me is critical. I recommend Marianna strongly as an agent who is worth it. Keep up the good work!

Terrible! Yuliya made arrangements for us to view an apartment in Pimlico, to meet Leusa there. Leusa called as we were waiting at the property and cancelled the visit as it had been leased the day before. Then we went to visit an apartment with Stefan at Thames City. We liked it, and wanted to confirm the lease as we had a short time frame to move in. Yuliya was aware of our requirements well ahead of time, for short term rental. She sent a message that the building management could not accommodate our short term requirement. Totally wasted our time!

I was panicking about a situation of urgency. Called property management, Briana picked up, told me not to panic and that she would sort it. Within half an hour, 2 separate companies had picked up keys to address urgent issues. I cannot recommend her enough for the customer service she provided! Incompetence throughout

Incompetence throughout. We were pushed into signing and moving in within a few days, we were told lies about issues with the contract when raised. They left furniture in the flat when we moved which they didn't bother to remove for a week afterwards. One of our keys doesn't work and they've failed to replace it. We have an ongoing maintenance issue which has been going on for over a month with no end in sight as they want to pursue baseless accusations, leading to a working relationship were we are unlikely to report issues in future due to their utter lack of competence.
