GoogleI reached out to Angus who was very responsive to my inquiries and made a plan to show me a number of properties that met my search criteria. He even went out of his way to share additional properties as they came up and connect me with the appropriate individuals to take the process forward. GoogleJack Rowe and the accompanying team did a great job of taking our requirements and translating this into a list of properties for us to take a look at. From a style perspective we felt there was a genuine degree of personal service and although the process is clearly one of a well oiled engine with defined procedures at no point did we feel we were part of a real estate sales and selling meat grinder. The transition from offer to the final exchange of agreements took some time but it was all in-line with our expectations and at appropriate steps in the process we had communication from Foxtons in Earlsfield to ensure that everything was moving along at a good pace. Great job guys !

GoogleI have nothing but great things to say about the Foxton's team in Earlsfield. I've sold two flats through them now in the past 5 years. Each time, within 2 weeks. Key to that success was their ability to get a large volume of the right people through the door quickly to view the flats. It was the attention to detail which I was impressed with too. On one occasion, we weren't expecting any viewings that day and we were out of the flat at work. A last minute viewing opportunity came up but the flat wasn't looking its best. The agent took it upon himself to clean away the mess and make it look perfect. We sold the flat that day. Use them. They know how to sell houses, fast!

GoogleWe bought through Foxtons Earlsfield recently and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They understood what we needed better than we did and they didn't waste our time. They offered pragmatic advice when needed, helping us to see the potential in properties which we might not otherwise have considered. They couldn't have been further from the stereotypical hard selling estate agent. If and when we move on they'll definitely be first on our list to call.

She's able to put herself into both the tenants and the landlords' shoes and find creative ways to bridge any gaps. GoogleMy experience of Foxtons has consistently been that of pulling teeth. They are fairly professional and helpful when you talk to them but the amount of phone calls, emails and talks to get anything done is absurd. At every point they drag their feet and wait for you to contact them despite repeatedly saying they will contact you.NegativeResponsiveness
