Even though l found my property through another agent in the end, she was consistently there doing her best to understand our property needs to correctly match against properties on offer and make suitable (not wild) suggestions, providing flexibility for appointments and upholding brilliant customer service and communications.

GoogleFoxtons Earlsfield handled the sale of our house very efficiently. I wasn’t convinced at first that the service they provide could possibly be worth paying the commission for and we had originally put our house on the market with an online agent. However, since switching to Foxtons, Rupert and his team worked steadfastly to bring our sale to completion.

GoogleEmily was great in helping us find our new place. Even though we had our problems (not Laura's fault, landlord wanted to sell) we got there in the end. Laura was most helpful till the very end, picked up what we wanted straight away and was very flexible on meeting and showing us properties. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

GoogleRupert at Foxtons, Earlsfield was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Our transaction wasn't straight forward and we were under offer for 18 months. Despite this Rupert showed great patience and tenacity in getting the deal across the line. Most importantly Rupert was honest and a great communicator, so we never felt out of the picture.

GoogleHelen-Louise was an excellent agent. Knew exactly what I liked, and tailored viewings around that. Always went the extra mile, proactive with new properties I might like and super hardworking. Always very accommodating to late evenings and easy to get in touch with. Would highly recommend getting in touch with her if you’re looking in the area.

She dealt with every stage of the sale proficiently and diligently, from replying to emails and returning phone calls she was on-hands. GoogleReally bad experience using Foxtons. The most expensive and most unprofessional agency in the area. Landlords, avoid them, in particular Laura Joyce. She was dishonest, deceiving and uncaring.
