GoogleVery bad service, terrible staff you feel they show off too much and you think foxtons is something big, but believe me it is not what people thinks, it is just the name and the look from outside, but from inside is very bad. Staff are very rude, ignore your messages and never reply. I don't advise anyone to use foxtons

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Morgen and Matthew today - I kid you not, I had a call in the morning to discuss an ideal property for me based on my parameters - and by 3pm the entire deal was completed and I had got through the tenancy agreement, all docs signed and in order and effectively my dream place sorted within hours. GoogleIt's been the worst experience in my life so far with an estate agency. I've moved to the property almost two months now with terrible maintenance issues that are threatening our own safety living in the house. The communication with the property management has been horrific so far and our emails have been ignored completely. Do you think foxtons can rent properties with broken oven, Windows that they're not closing at all, broken fridges and wardrobes almost ready to collapse? At least unacceptable! If there was an option for a zero star review,/ it would be all yours!!!

GoogleWent around with Poppy to look at some apartments as we are in a big rush to move in 2 weeks! She was absolutely amazing, she was fun, understanding, easy to talk to, like a ray of sunshine! Although we already found a place, but next time we have to move again, will definietly contact Poppy again!!

GoogleI’ve recently had an excellent experience dealing with Tom Conlon! We have found Tom to be super helpful and knowledgable of the local area, he has taken on board all of our needs and specifications for the house we’re looking for! Would highly recommend going to him if you’re looking to purchase in the Earlsfield area.
