GoogleWe were assisted by Rupert Greig to sell our Earlsfield house. It was complicated by the fact that we live in Asia. Rupert, "got it" and understood that he would need to fill in the blanks for us, as we were not really across anything in detail. GoogleI had terrible experience with the Lettings team and realised why Foxtons is the UK's most-hated property agents. Quick and friendly until you sign up then ignore you competely. Avoid Laura Joyce. She is dishonest and utterly unprofessional.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThe agent we dealt with, Laura, could not have been more helpful or accommodating and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. Although the property we eventually found was not with Laura I was really impressed by how professional she was and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
