The management of my flat was recently taken over by Dexters. I have been so impressed! Rachel Deacon-Holmes is my property manager and she has exceeded my expectations. My flat had not been properly managed previously and she had to quickly sort out some serious water damage. There have been a lot of other issues and both Rachel and Tom Bussman have been absolutely superb in assisting me in dealing with some overwhelming refurb works in order to bring my flat up to a particular standard. They have both responded promptly and given me honest advice in terms of getting and making the most of my flat. They have both been handed a tricky situation to sort out and they are doing it professionally and responsibly. for now it is still in the process of being done. I cannot thank them and Dexters enough as I could not manage it myself!!! Thank you Rachel and Tom! Rosannna

Jessica is a Joy to deal with

Jessica-Joy has recently taken over coordination for my tenancy. I noticed a number of items in my rental either broken or malfunctioning because of aged appliances or routine wear and tear related breakdown.Jessica promptly arranged a site visit and verified details herself and wrote a comprehensive report to the landlord, which has resulted in the landlord successfully agreeing to fix a number of items on this list. Jessica was professional, organized, friendly in demeanour, and clear in her communication both with me and with the landlord.

Finally fix after 2 weeks of no "hot water"

I just want to thank Jessica Joy from Property Management Team. I am new to this city and rent my current apartment through a Dexter agent. However, I found there was no hot water for shower. Thanks for Jessica's timely services, my family could finally enjoy hot-water shower without boiling water myself after 2 weeks. Other than that, she also helped out on my other issues, like getting the parking license. I could totally feel her urgency of getting things done. Every time I told her about an issue, she would be able to give me a call back the day after to update me the progress and status. This is so impressive.

We had quite a long sales process due to a number of factors, but I can honestly say that Dexters were fantastic throughout. In particular, Gaz, Ronnie and Felix guided us every step of the way. Always ask for Nadia, words cannot describe her tenacity in securing your dream property. After having to deal with a bunch of bumbling agents for months on end and getting nowhere, dealing with Nadia was a breath of fresh air. She was on the ball from day 1, she literally got me, the perfect flat in 3 days of our first conversation. 10 min walk from bank station, unheard off. She’s absolutely brilliant. Waste of Time

I was looking for a flat to rent through Dexter. Even the agent has already got my account number for holding deposit and asked me to fill out an application, they still arrange viewings and turn the offer into a game of blind bidding. Unless you have endless time and unlimited budget, property search with Dexter is a waste if time.

Felix from the Tooting branch very helpfully arranged viewings for 8 properties last week, all of which matched my search criteria (and which we managed to fit into a ~1hr slot on a single evening after work as they were all clustered in the same area!). The overall experience is not good

The overall experience of dealing with Dexters estate agents is not very pleasant. I was looking for a new apartment to rent and after viewing the property sent in my offer on the apartment. First of all, I do not understand why they need my card details straight away - even when there is no certainty about which of the offers the landlord would choose. In my experience, it is not needed when dealing with other estate agents, up until the point your offer is accepted. What is more, I was not very pleased to receive phone calls asking whether I would want to offer more money for the property and confirming whether my reply is indeed "my best and final offer". Thirdly, never hearing back from the agents as to the landlords decision and just having to guess that since no one had bothered reaching out it meant I did not get the apartment. Overall experience is quite poor. There is definitely a sense of them trying to get the most out of you and not bothering to provide good service.Now that I have guessed that my offer was not successful, I am even more unhappy about the fact that they still keep my card details for no reason whatsoever.
