Easy and stress free experience! Tamara Price (from Chestersons south west lettings) called me to say she had a property very new on the market and I was the first person to see it! She showed me around the property whilst being very honest and answering all the questions I had! Would highly recommend Tamara! :)

Worst agency to deal with!They are completely unprofessional!!! They try to be nice before you sign the contract and afterwards they never get anything fixed and never call you back. I have been in the apartment for more than 2 months now and still they haven't fixed the issues I reported in the first week of moving in.I would really advice you don't rent with them!

GoogleClaire was fantastic helping us with our property search. She only sent us relevant properties and was so helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Sadly we didn't end up buying from Chestertons which was disappointing as they were so efficient and helpful. I recommend them 100% and will use them to sell our property and help us should we be looking again.

GoogleHighly recommend Chestertons and especially negotiator Giorgio, who found great property for me and my friend right the next day after I sent a query to him. He provided very professional assistance in terms of negotiations with the landlord and everything went smooth. He also passed our contacts to his colleague Adam, who was also answering all our questions while Giorgio was busy.
