By far the worst agency for tenants and landlords

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience with Chestertons Fulham lettings and property management. Multiple issues with the property left unresolved, we finally decided to cut our losses and leave, didn’t receive any compensation for living in a property which had stains and leaks and other issues, instead we were charged an early vacating fee. Escalated to management and then senior management, no one cared. It’s been 3 years we are still scarred by our horrible experience with this company and would not recommend it to our worst enemy. Stay well clear if you value your sanity.

Isaiah Samuels- Despite joining well into our tenancy, Isaiah was extremely proactive in trying to resolve our issues and give his best efforts in all our interactions. We had several issues with the landlord and previous property managers who were unable to get approval to carry out repair works. I can't recommend Gregor Scott and Chestertons enough! We were looking for quite specific rental requirements in terms of accessibility and to tight timings and Gregor was absolutely fantastic. In addition to incredible professionalism and expertise, he went above and beyond, was incredibly proactive to help me secure the perfect rental, brilliantly guiding me along the way and made the whole process smooth and incredibly human. Alice Karn is a league above her peers in the industry. She is senior within the rent/let business at Chestertons and she is exactly who you want on your side as a landlord or potential tenant. I used Chestertons to help me rent my property and within 24 hours we had tenants confirmed. Through the 14 month process, I felt I was heard with any questions, and decisions were made with a true partnership in mind. If I am ever in the position to rent a property again, I will be using Alice as my absolute number one port of call. Anyone thinking of moving to Wandsworth or renting their property in the area, I cannot recommend Alice and her team enough.
