GoogleI had given the specs to many estate agents and I was loosing hope as no one was showing me what I wanted but then I got a call from Adrian at Bernard Marcus (Streatham). I felt like he had actually listened to exactly what I wanted and went out of his way to find it. I fell in love with the second place he showed me and I have just completed on it. Throughout the whole process Adrian was so helpful and consistent, chasing things up for me etc, I really appreciate everything he did for me. The whole team at the branch are lovely. GoogleThis agency has proven to be extremely unreliable and unprofessional. My partner and I had an offer accepted, successfully passed referencing, and paid the deposit. Despite repeated follow-ups over three weeks, we were not provided with a tenancy agreement. Eventually, we were informed that the landlord had been marketing the property through another agency and had chosen a different tenant. We submitted a formal complaint over six weeks ago and have yet to receive any response or explanation. The entire experience has caused us significant inconvenience and frustration.

The landlady decided to go with a different tenant leaving us empty handed. Having sent a complaint just looking for an explanation as to what went wrong, weeks have gone by with no response. Reviewing some of the comments here, seems this is not a new occurrence and I guess I this is just the standard they hold themselves to.
