On my return, I was put in touch with Joey who was just as fantastic. Joey was a great Lettings agents. He listened to my requirements, found me a tenant within my brief and constantly kept me updated every step of the way. No question was too silly for him to answer and he was always available when called upon. GoogleAdrian McCalla visited the property to be sold 10months ago. We choose Barnard Marcus and Adrian to sell the property on the strength of his professional and enthusiastic delivery. By no means has selling this property been a straightforward process and during the past 10 months there has been many occasions when we felt that the process of selling would collapse. At no time did we feel that there were any shortcomings by BM or Adrian. If it wasn’t for the relationship that has been built between Adrian and ourselves along with his tenacious approach as our agent we firmly believe that the eventual sale would not have come to fruition. Would also like to mention Jade who was always extremely helpful with the numerous calls and queries that have taken place. If we were to sell another property we would not hesitate to approach BM and specifically requesting Adrian to act on our behalf. We don’t think we can say more of a recommendation than that.
