Andrews estate agent - Fantastic service Fantastic Results

Having used Andrews in the past to buy and sell a property we decided to invite them to do a market asking price survey. Andrews completed the survey and during a visit to the property explained in great detail how and why the came to the valuation. They explained the current market conditions and provided a copy of the brochure they produce for the property. We were very happy and asked what would be the next step and commision rates if we decided to proceed with Andrews. Again this was explained in detail and clarity. Were were happy with the valuation and impressed with the team so decided to proceed with putting the property on the market with Andrews.A convenient day was arranged for an open day at the property and the team filled most of the available time slots. On Monday as was agreed we received 6 offers for the property and didn't feel pressured to select to select on. Time and space was afforded to us to decide. The whole process of selling a property is quite stressful and long winded, the Team at Andrews were always available to to and kept us updated with progress as much as the could.I would highly recommend Andrews estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell and property and now consider them to be the "Family estate agent".

I have been a long term Andrews…

I have been a long term Andrews Customer recently the Leasehold Dept changed the Agent responsible for our block (at our/the directors request)and having Luke Timms now as our contact is a breath of fresh air compared to what we have had in the past. Luke has done more for us in 6 months then the previous person did in 3 years. His honest, direct approach is much appreciated and the time he has given to ensure that we are happy with ongoing projects etc is so helpful. Our small block of flats feels like it has had a rejuvenation thanks to Luke and we the Directors are most grateful.

I cannot recommend this agency based on my experience. From the beginning, their main priority seemed to be collecting five-star reviews, we were asked on three separate occasions to leave one, including during our very first call just to check property availability so figured we'd happily leave a review now. We had an offer accepted on a property, paid a holding deposit, completed references, and signed a draft tenancy agreement. We were told that when we brought our passport into the office for a copy, we would receive the final contract. After that, we heard nothing from Rodrigo for 4, 5 days. 14 days after paying the deposit and signing the draft agreement, and ten days before moving in, we were told the tenancy was being cancelled due to “work that would take longer to complete.” When we offered to be flexible with the move-in date, the agency instead confirmed the tenancy was cancelled outright. By this stage, we had already given notice on our existing homes and were left with just 10 days to find somewhere new.

Bear Flat - Emma Mussert. Emma has been leading and supporting with our recent property sale. The process, through matters outside of her control, was very complex and spanned nearly 6 months. Throughout it, Emma was positive, supportive, and proactive - she actively interacted with our solicitors and the buyers to try and speed up action and improve communications.
