GoogleAbsolutely despicable service!! Had we known that they are not a member of ARLA we wouldn't have touched them with a barge pole. They are more than willing to take your money but we are now left with nowhere to live and they refuse to return all of our deposit despite the landlord opting to pull out and rent to a friend. Such a disgrace to the estate agency profession and I would implore anyone considering using this agent to think twice. An agent that isn't regulated doesn't have to follow any rules and can do what they like.
Our complaint has been tossed aside by them so will be taken to the financial ombudsmen.
