The staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. I was guided through the process from the offset right through until completion. GoogleSadly there was no option to give no stars, otherwise that is what I would have awarded them as they definitely don't even deserve 1 Rochills Lettings has been the worst agency I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. From contradictory information, a rude, pushy director and general unhelpfulness and lack of support. Definitely avoid!

GoogleWhat can be a daunting process was made easier with information well presented from the start, it gave us a better understanding of what we could expect. We were able to prepare our home to show it at its best which helped us achieve our asking price. When the end was in sight but felt so far away, the team supported us to reach completion.
