Hi Lea, we're saddened to see that our team in Walton on Thames have received a low star rating. We understand from some comments that were initially left with your review that the reason behind the low star rating has been due to maintenance issues you’ve experienced throughout the tenancy and concerns about the presence of asbestos. After speaking with the team we are aware they are currently looking into the asbestos and are awaiting on some results from an expert who has attended before they can take any action. Its not acceptable for maintenance issues to be outstanding for a considerable period of time and can only offer our apologies if these issues haven’t always been attended too as quickly as you’d hoped.
