FacebookWe are so pleased we engaged HTB to sell mother-in-law's house in Ashley Road. We received very good advice honest and honest, from start to finish and got 'Top Dollar' for the property, whilst no wool was pulled over the buyer's eyes! They were professional, helpful and kept us informed at every stage. Every member of staff who did viewings came round beforehand to familiarise themselves with the house and garden and we quickly secured a sale. We will be recommending you highly to anyone selling or buying and thank you for making a stressful time easier.

FacebookWhen my uncle passed away in July I was left with a property to sell and had a few agents come to see me, I choose HTB as they were very professional but they listened and understood the situation I was in, throughout the whole process I was kept informed and Steve and the guys took the pressure of me and dealt with everything including doing meter readings so I didn’t need to go back to the property. Theses guys are so amazing and they really care about the client nothing was to much trouble I can’t recommend them enough. I would actually give 10 stars �.

GoogleBrilliant team! I have been dealing with The Lettings Team at HTB, so for many years. Both Charlotte and Sherrie are professional to work with, quick to respond to emails, totally efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I have total confidence in the work they do and know that they will always make a good judgement and do what is necessary. I get the information that I need in emails, without having to ask extra questions or chase for replies - just what I need! In the Walton/Weybridge area, I wouldn't use anyone else.

FacebookI’ve just moved out of a house that was let by harmes Turner brown. I have had charlottes support and kindness throughout the experience from the moment I move in to the moment I left and ended the tenancy. I came across a few problems at the end, and she assured me everything would be okay and that she’ll sort it. All I can say is she was very helpful, kind and professional.

GoogleI used HTB to sell my home in December 2016. The team were outstanding. As a house seller or buyer it can be very stressful dealing with estate agents. The team at HTB were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. The service was second to none and I will be recommending them to friends, family and colleagues. They alleviated most of my stress with their personable and dedicated approach.

I can’t rate HTB enough, they were honest, friendly and went the extra mile to sell our house and keep us informed every step of the way. They were very helpful in finding me a flat, and showed me lots of properties very quickly, and the have all been very helpful, efficient and friendly at the moving stages and since I have been a tenant. It was a particularly difficult sale but Steve and Peter worked extremely hard to ensure things moved forward throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleBe careful if you’re renting with them. Massive lack of communication, only answered quickly when it suited them or the landlord, not when we had queries or works needed.

GoogleTerrible experience renting with HTB. Completely lack of communication and spent our whole tenancy chasing works that were needed. Wouldn’t recommend renting through them at all.
