GoogleSelling a property is stressful at the best of times but the pandemic added a whole new level! Austin was very helpful when we first put the property on the market, carrying out the viewings etc. We were given plenty of notice and he never failed to feedback. Once we had an offer, Steve took over. Steve was excellent at keeping us calm whilst waiting on a crucial document from overseas. FacebookCharlotte at Harmes Turner Brown has been helping me manage my first rental property over the last few years and I have to say the level of service has been absolutely outstanding. The high level of care extends to both landlord and tenant and over my 5 year ownership HTB have ensured that my tenant has enjoyed a safe and comfortable home. With a possible tenancy change on the horizon Charlotte has been very reassuring and I look forward to setting up the new contract. I note a scathing review left on 4th April which is surprising and I suspect somewhat confused and inaccurate.

GoogleMy girlfriend and I had been working with a number of Estate Agents whilst searching for a new property and in complete honesty I found them all terrible. Then we viewed a property with HTB. Sherrie went out of her way to help us throughout the whole process. She is extremely personable and incredibly focused to find the right property for her customers. Her work and help was a key factor in us finding our perfect home and cannot thank her enough. FacebookHTB sold our house this week. This is the second time we've used them and I can't recommend them highly enough! Peter went out of his way to ensure that the sale went through and was always at the end of the phone reassuring us. I'm 7 months pregnant so more hormonal and emotional than usual!! Peter took this in his stride and was a real calming influence, taking as much of the stress away from us as possible. Really don't believe there's a better estate agent in the area.

FacebookI signed up with HTB in March 2017 and they've been terrific at trying to market my profit and get potential buyers. I finally completed yesterday, and to make sure everything went smoothly they even started helping my buyer complete forms and chase his solicitors (good ol' Steve). Peter put so much effort into selling the property and parted with much advise on attracting more interest, better than the other agents in Walton-on-Thames I used. All the staff were so friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend them if you want to sell your home.

Google-Edit to review: as I was reminded today by Charlotte's email, asking me to take down my review, "they did not manage the property, the landlord did", but she took the time to reply to all my complain emails and, not the landlord, in a very rude, disrespectful and awful way. Taking no responsibility of us leaving in a house full of mould till the point that I got sick because of it. Awful customer service even to the last day. She ask for an address to send our mail if there was any, and told me later they did not send any mail after informing her that I had an important letter arriving that I couldn't change the address to another one than the address we just left. Wouldn't recommend her services for renters.- Awful experience, house full of mould, a broken window that they never fixed, and more problems with the house and their services/ways of dealing with repairs. We had to leave the house early as it was a health hazard and they kept fighting over the deposit "finding" things we damage until I gave up and told them to keep it. Wouldn't recommend it, they take no accountability for their duties as a state agent, good luck if you use them.

GoogleReally disappointed. Two weeks after the end of the tenancy, we agreed a deduction on the deposit and we made all the paperwork. The day after start they asking to me to pay a bill for the cleaning of something that was not on the check out report. After a few mails I received a bill (named to them) and no more response from them. Also, during the tenancy I had to wait two months to get the shower repaired. Be careful if you rent a house with them.

Really happy with how well everything was organised, from photography to open day and offers. Ben the photographer is another ace addition to the team. i would highly recommended HTB agents.
