About Curchods Walton on Thames
Welcome to our estate agency office in Walton-on-Thames. We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Curchods continue to be the most effective selling agent in Walton-on-Thames for one very good reason, our Resident Partner, Warren Fraser MNAEA and his team which have over 150 years’ experience in the industry between them. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser! Warren comments “I have worked in the town since 1991 and having been schooled in neighbouring Shepperton, I bring a wealth of local knowledge to an expert team which have been with me for nearly a decade. We are also very active in the local community as supporting the grass roots development within the sporting arena is a passion and a keen interest of mine and my team. My children have been schooled locally and we continue to support and sponsor the local schools. Jake Wood gave excellent feedback and advice when trying to sell our property. it took some time but that was no fault of Curchod's, rather the nature of the property. After the offer had been accepted Jake supported us right through to exchange. His enthusiasm and help were invaluable to me as we had some difficulties with the people were buying from (a transaction independent of Curchod's).

FacebookNothing, we had the rudest most obnoxious estate agent show us (I say show us but he stood down stairs huffing and puffing because we were 10min late, with all the temp traffic lights and road closures) told us he had 6min... 6min to show us a £800,000 house, even though we were massively interested we wouldn’t deal with this company again lol absolute joke.
