We sold our flat through Central Estates this year and couldn’t be happier with the service we got - they went above and beyond to help us, especially Rich and will always come back to them in the future.

Rich and the whole team were super helpful and quick off the mark in helping us sell our Walthamstow property, finding us some lovely buyers and making sure the whole process went smoothly from start to finish, even in the midst of a pandemic. If we ever move back to E17, Central will be our first port of call.PositiveProfessionalism

We rented a house where Central was the agent and we were very happy with Nancy as our point of contact. She helped us during the move in, during our stay, and while moving out. They were always very professional and helped us in every way imaginable.

Rich Maher and Danny Firth sorted our flat purchase. They were great throughout, such that we have recommended Central to friends already. Rich even helped us sort out stylistic changes we were making to the flat before we moved in, and was great at communication throughout. We moved in only 2 months after making the offer, in large part due to Rich’s speedy work. Thanks guys!

We work alongside central daily and couldn't ask for anything more from them, they are very professional and easy to work with. Martyne in particular is always available to help when we have any issues or need assistance. The whole team is great and would highly recommend them!

While the general service, advice and speed at which Central operated was good, Central seriously overvalued the sale price of our property. Central’s valuation sat well above (£50,000 or nearly 13%) that of another local agency’s. They justified their valuation by claiming that undervaluing was common practice in order to achieve an easy sale, and were very confident they could get their price. The property eventually sold for the supposedly “undervalued” price (£45k below what central claimed they could achieve), and this considerably slowed down our sale and involved successive incremental price drops which left us questioning their honesty and integrity…

Central Estate Agents is a really professional agency. After having gone through 2 previous really lame agencies, it has been a real relief to find an agency I could trust. Always available, they have god opening hours and give swift reply to any issues we may have.

Having used multiple different letting agents in London, I can easily say Central Estate Agents are by far the best. This is mainly down to Nancy always being on hand to fix any and every problem we have. I would strongly recommend using them

I can't say I had a good experience with this agency. The sales team "forgot" to mention that the property was part of a special block of flats that would not give the possibility to rent the flat out in the future under any circumstances.I believe quite an important factor to consider when buying a house!NegativeProfessionalism

I recently sold my property in chingford through central, I was aware that chingford is not their main area but took a chance anyway. Thank you to James and dean for finding me a buyer and making the sale go through as quickly as you did

I booked a viewing over the phone however they never e-mailed me with the flat details therefore the viewing did not happen. I called them twice to chase - agents were busy but I was reassured someone would come back to me - no one even came back to me. I do not recommend this estate agent at all...

My partner and I had a viewing with Harry last week for a flat. The property was lovely, he was very informative and helped us navigate as new buyers. We’ve had a few negative experiences with other estate agents in our local area but were pleasantly surprised with the impeccable service from Harry and Central Estates - especially from someone so young in the industry.
