PLEASE AVIOD!!! I REALLY WISH I CAN GIVE 0 STARS KINGS IS VERY BAD AS IN THE WORST PLACE EVER!! ALL FAMILIES AVOID ITS A TRAP THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING AND ALWAYS READY TO EVICT YOU. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS AND EXPECT RENT EVERY MONTH, THEY LEFT ME WITH NO HEATING AND GAS FOR 3 DAYS MY KIDS WAS SO COLD AND THEY NEVER APOLOGISE YOU HAVE TO CHASE THEM FOR EVERYTHING, AND THEY ALSO HAVE THERE INSPECTIONS LIKE EVERY OTHER MONTH TO BE NOSEY THEY DON'T FIX EVERYTHING THATS REPORTED DOESN'T GET FIXED AND HAS TO BE CHASED 24/7 WITH NO CALL BACK. REMEMBER TO ALWAYS EMAIL TO HAVE EVIDENCE THEY WILL ALSO TRY TO STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT AND SAY DAMAGES !! THE PROPERTY WILL NEVER BE YOUR HOME. DON'T PUT YOURSELF IN THIS STRESS ITS NOT WROTH IT, IT WILL CAUSE YOU MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND WHAT I NOTICED IS THAT THEY DON'T HAVE LANDLORDS THE COMPANY OWN THERE PROPERTIES THATS WHY IF YOU DRIVE DOWN A ROAD YOU WILL SEE THERE SIGNS EVERYWHERE. GoogleAbsolutely the worst of the worst. Pictures advertised of property looked to be from many years ago. Was told later that pictures were provided by seller and no one from branch had actually gone to see the property prior to advertising and taking booking. Not apologetic in the least.NegativeQuality
Dear Client, We are sorry that you feel this way after your experience us. It is my understanding that you viewed a tenanted property on an open day. Unfortunately we were given very limited photos and were only given availability of 1 day from the seller in order to show clients around the property. Whilst we were able to sell this property we are sorry you missed out and can only apologise that you felt you did not receive excellent customer service on the day which is something we strive for. . Had a terrible landlord and they let them get away with it and even tried to discourage us from getting our deposit back by going to the tenant deposit scheme even though the landlord was falsely claiming that we had damaged the property without proof! It seems to be all about getting you to sign the contract and getting paid. The agent nor the landlord didn't even know that what items were in the garden at the property. There seems to be quite a bit of staff turnover too so clearly it's not a good experience for employees either! If only they would vet their landlords even half as thoroughly as they do their tenants...

The worst possible agency ever. Whatever could be wrong was wrong. Ceiling collapsed on my child, they didn't help, say sorry anything. They wanted money for demaged property didn't get it. I was studying postgraduate, Data Analytics degree, didn't have a time to deal with this properly till later. Ceiling collapsed in the garden, the same. I have complained about electricity problem downstairs, didn't fix anything for 3 years. Luckily DPS exists, I got my money. Whoever speak with me I say: Don't do that! Love your life? Don't ruin itself with this company. I am Data Scientist and if I would deal with the data as bad as they deal with properties my business would be bankrupt within weeks.

GoogleA warning of how Kings do business- They tell 2 separate people that their offer has been accepted on the same house and play them off against each other right until the end. We found this out when we knocked on the door of 'our' house to find the new owners moving in that day. We have spent time and money over the last 3 months getting a survey, liaising with builders etc and were excitedly waiting to complete, with Kings assuring us that any delays were to do with probate as the house was empty. Kings then contacted us to say that a previous viewer had come back with a higher offer and did we want to increase ours. We thought this was a lie, as it was over 3 months since our offer had been accepted, and declined to raise our offer. Kings then told us that the vendor wanted to start again with the new offer yet the very next day we walked past the house and saw the windows open which was when we discovered the truth. Kings had been keeping us as a reserve. They were also ready to pull the rug from under the other buyers if we were willing to increase our offer at the last minute. Beware if you use these agents. I have given them 1 star as you have to give a star rating in order to leave the review.

FacebookINCOMPETENT - the are a disaster. They get everything wrong and no one cares. One of our tenants left not to work with them. We were silly and continued for another year with different tenants. We had a "all included" contract with them, the best they are supposed to offer. They got all the check out wrong, the check in wrong, we couldn't claim any deposit from the previous person because of them, the professional cleaning was a joke and had to do it twice (we paid), they lost the keys, tenants ended up in a hotel, during the tenancy they asked us to pay the same thing multiple times and chased saying we hadn't paid, never did the quarterly check ups that they are supposed to do, never passed any requests from the tenants to us, they lost the deposit when the tenancy ended... and none of them care. They are flippant and couldn't care less about customer service. I'd be ashamed to work somewhere like this.

FacebookIf you're ever in the position where your agent attempts to sell your house to an un-mortgageable buyer and no one notices until after you have exchanged contracts (on both sides of your chain), you're then involved in months worth of legal issues, King Group WILL try to charge you their commission.. Change your contract wording to state commission becomes payable upon completion, not on exchange of contracts. Even though my contract was amended to state 'no sale, no fee' they are still perusing their fee. I have now had to instruct a solicitor to try and uphold our contract. Formal complaints have been submitted, complaints will also be submitted to The Property Ombudsman and the National Association of Estate Agents.

GoogleVery helpful and great service. They really understood what I was looking for and used their market and area knowledge to open up options to me that I didn’t know I had. They were very kindly able to work around my busy schedule and arrange both viewings and a meeting with their mortgage advisor to suit me. All staff that I met with were professional, friendly and able to answer all of my many many questions! Thoroughly recommend.
