GoogleHumphrey & Co staff were superb. They are friendly, helpful. They worked so late for me to be able to meet there to discuss the best way they can support me. They worked so hard to get my property rented. I had regular discussion and email with me. Big thank you to the team, Darren, Marcus and all the team that made it possible etc.

GoogleI have had a terrible experience in dealing with Humphrey & Co for renting out a property in London. I would recommend using alternatives. They have been very unprofessional and their service has been very poor for the following reasons: 1. We were supposed to get keys to the property on the 20th June, but were informed on the 20th itself that we would not be able to get it until the 22nd June. 2. There was no gas safety certificate for the property when we moved in. When we asked for it they said they has 'lost' / 'misplaced' it and had to send someone to do a gas safety check after we reminded them. 3. The inventory report was not provided to us until 2 months after moving in. 4. They were the landlord in our tenancy agreement, but refuse to deal with our dispute for the tenancy deposit. I would be very careful in trusting the service they deem to offer as what they promise is not what was delivered.

GoogleThe best experience I’ve ever had with an estate agents. The staff are incredibly kind and went above and beyond for me and my partner. The communication was top tier, clear and precise. The way I was treated was going way beyond the average estate agency. I would really really recommend ! I’d give 6 stars if possible.

I walked into their office on Hoe Street and asked a young lady sitting at the deck some advise on a issues I was having with a teant. The manager overheard me explaining my situation and help me understand the the fundamentals sections and the different regulations. The manager was very genuine and even though he was busy i didn’t feel rushed and the information I received help me make the right steps to help my situation. 5 star customer service! It’s not often people will advise you on a situation without you agreeing to pay or sign up to an agreement first! Would highly recommend.

GoogleThis company - (if you can call it that ) is run by fraudsters, DO NOT trust these people they will lie and steal your money ! I wouldn't trust them with my umbrella ! If you have problems report them to trading standards / police / council. They are parasites, who will defraud you of your hard earned money ! DO NOT get fooled by the nice website its a front ! In response to the owners ridiculous comment below, lets clarify the follow; I paid £500 for a holding deposit ! As per my solicitors messages, which you just ignored ! This company and the clown that runs it are a complete joke ! I'm owned £1000 now ! £500 for my deposit and £ 500 for solicitor costs ! I'm in the process of take this joker to court !
Mr J Varsani paid a £500 reservation fee to reserve a property at Humphrey & Co Estates. He was clearly advised if he fails references there would be an admin charge applicable. He failed references therefore we requested his details in order to make a payment of the difference. He did not accept this and did not send his details so we was enable to finalise this matter. We also advised him he could take this matter to the Ombudsman if he was not happy with the outcome as we have followed the correct procedures and practice.

GoogleI rented a property through Humphrey & Co, they didn't manage the property but when the landlord refused to give us our deposit back, they didn't offer any support. They're still letting his properties, I would steer clear. I know that it was 'let only' but you are still letting several of his properties. Are you not concerned about the quality of landlords you let from?NegativeQuality, Professionalism
We provided a 'Let Only' service for the Landlord and we cannot legally get involved in a deposit return dispute. Unfortunately in this circumstance the complainant does not understand the legal boundaries. Therefore we will be requesting for this review to be removed by google.

GoogleI had an unpleasant experience with this agency. Aneta , the manager of the house always made appointments without taking into account my availability. And when I concluded the contract with them,even though I left the house clean, they charged me from the deposit for cleaning. They returned the deposit after 1 months, after I give them many emails to retur the deposit. I do not recommend this agency
