We moved out of the apartment over three months ago and left it in perfect condition. The rental agreement stated that our deposit should have been returned within 10 days, yet we are still waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been resolved.

She is very efficient, and when we had a query that needed dealing with, she sorted it out very promptly, and called us back to advise that it had been dealt with. Would certainly recommend Maria as an estate agent and Foxtons to other people, and have done so already! Excellent and professional all the way !!!

GoogleI was searching for a house with Foxtons and although I ended up finding a rental property with a different company the best experience with any estate agent I had by a country mile was with Hasena from this branch. She called me with plenty of new properties - sent me the information promptly, was courteous and helpful and overall just brilliant. I got probably three times the amount of potential viewings from her than any other agent and she was the only one that called me promptly and directly with new rentals before they went up online. Most estate agents at the moment seem to just do whatever is easy for them and are not diligent at all with information sharing. They basically seem like they just want to grift you for cash and have such an over supply of prospective tenants that it's pointless expecting any sort of professionalism whatsoever. So thanks again Hasena for breaking the mould and helping me and my partner!

GoogleSold my property through Giles at Foxtons and I can't recommend him enough. It wasn't a straightforward sale with several issues along the way but Giles definitely went above and beyond to help resolve the issues. He was very actively involved, engaging all parties - including buyer, seller, conveyancers, joint-freeholders - to move things along and kept me updated every few days on the situation. Despite the issues, he always had a potential solution and kept a positive attitude throughout. I was really pleased he managed my sale. Thank you, Giles!

GooglePaul in the Walthamstow branch has been the most helpful and professional estate agent that I have had the pleasure to view properties with. He has gone above and beyond and compared to all other estate agencies he had been working harder than any of them to make sure I will find the right property. He is quick to respond, interested and I can truly tell he wanted the best for me and my future as he uses initiative to think further and apply his skills and insider knowledge to find the right investment. Truly a pleasure and I could not endorse him highly enough! Good driver also! ✨

GoogleI bought a flat through Foxtons and Paulius provided excellent service throughout. He firstly encouraged me to view a flat I wasn’t initially keen on but absolutely loved when I saw it in person (as he assured me I would). He answered all of my questions patiently and regularly updated me on the process and next steps. I felt well supported by him and Giles during what was often a stressful process. Big thanks to them both!

GoogleDominique has been excellent throughout the selling process of our house. She provides regular weekly updates without fail, always returns calls if we cannot get in touch with each other and has been truly professional in all aspects. You don't have to chase her for updates. Would give more stars if I could as she herself is a shining star!

GoogleSeth and Erik went beyond what I was expecting. My living situation changed several times and it was no problem for them. They kept updating me with living options. Great communication skills and true commitment to your search.
