GoogleMaria is very professional estate agent, experienced and very knowledgeable. All together a very nice person to deal with. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a property to rent.

GoogleWe first met Safiya around a year ago when looking for new property acquisitions. Safiya proficiently understood the brief and very quickly found the appropriate properties to show us. The whole process - from introduction to completion of the property was extremely professional. We were kept up to date at all times. Safiya returns calls quickly and works very hard to efficiently manage the process. Since then, we have continuously been buying properties through Safiya. Weather you are buying or selling, I would wholly recommend working with Safiya.

GoogleWe've been dealing with Safiya to try and buy a property in Walthamstow and it was a real pleasure dealing with her. She took the time to listed to our requirements, took us to the viewings which were all spot on in terms of location, price and style. It was refreshing being given individual treatment rather than being one of a crowd of thousands at an open day. She was well informed about the properties, areas and was extremely professional and fun. Because of her excellent customer service we would definitely choose to use Foxtons in the future.

GoogleWow, thanks for a great morning Hilary Walters… who was so pro active, going about organising me 4 properties to view all on one trip. Fantastic service and delivered with such charm. Really appreciated it. Exactly what I needed at this fairly early stage of my property search.

GoogleExcellent service from Foxtons. Jacob Craig was particularly helpful, relaxed and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and when showing me properties. I would recommend Foxtons Walthamstow and Jacob in particular

GoogleI had a great experience at Foxtons so far. Specially I would like to mention about Seth from walthamstow branch. I have recently came from India and was new to the letting system. Seth explained everything from scratch and went extra mile to help me.

GoogleI bought my flat via Foxtons Walthamstow and it was superbly handled by Giles and Oshae. I had another purchase fall through so they knew the stress we were under being in temporary accommodation and went above and beyond to help a smooth transaction.

GoogleAsk for Erik! Although we didn’t find a property through Foxtons, we were unbelievably impressed with the service we received from Erik. Everything an estate agent should be: professional, available, thorough, honest, an absolute pleasure to have helping us on our search. His personal touch in taking the time to understand you and your needs is a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work Erik! 🙏🏾
