SHOCKING AFTERCARE !Don’t buy a house from lovell I bought my house and have lived in it over a year and only a matter of days ago they have turned up (not for the first time May I add) and started digging up my front garden ! They have breached the terms in the contract they wrote that stated once I was in the house I would get “reasonable written notice if they need to come on to my property” you ring customer service and they are SHOCKING always about to “go into a meeting” cause they have nothing to say then never call you back ! Avoid if you can they try get all the reviews int eh early buying stage so they are high stars if you look at the reviews from people in houses they all low stars !

GoogleComplete and utter clowns. During process of purchasing new property they kept deadlining us due to the incompetency of the solicitors THEY advised to use! Constant threatening emails that they will have to cancel the process as they are not seeing anything being done when in actual fact we did everything we could. Once everything was eventually over the line they changed their tone instantly trying to be all nice. Typical sales tactics, all bs that they care about selling you a new home. Pathetic and no care for others, only getting the sale

Absolute crooks. Once you’re in your home, they couldn’t care less about you.The plumbers they used put our toilet in the wrong place! RIGHT next to sink so you can’t sit on the toilet without having your elbow in the sink! They refuse to move the toilet, saying technically it’s to spec, so I’ve asked for the drawings with dimensions so I can prove it to them, and they’re saying they can’t share that information with me!? Since when can a company not share the details of the product they’ve sold you! Workmanship throughout is appalling, and the sales team weren’t much good either. DO NOT buy from these crooks!

Absolutely shocking customer service from Lovell. If I could go back I’d never have purchased a new build from them. I moved in in August 2020 and sent a defects list dated October 2020. Due to COVID defect repairs were delayed and my snags were rectified this February. There was one snag left that couldn’t be completed due to the repair man not having the tools. This meant my snag list was still open. I have contacted Lovell numerous times for them to come back with “this was never picked up at handover”. They even have a copy of my snag list because I’ve seen it in black and white but now they tell me to get it repaired myself. They’re absolutely shocking and as for a five star builder? Absolutely not. Poor poor service and they don’t care once they’ve got your money.

New built in Wild walk, so lucky to meet couple of lovely people that make the process smooth and worry-free. Sofia, Claire in sale team show me professional knowledge about the site and the property, they also havedirect and prompt communication with site management to let us know some technical details, quick response. When we first move in, some of my stuff have not arrived yet, David in sale team help us a lots to smooth our daily living, he would also help to contact relevant person and let the problem solved quickly. Highly praise to site management, chef site manager and assistant site manager, Chris, they are so busy but they still are wiling to squeeze some time to take care of your needs, they treat their work seriously. Not just the management, their technicians are nice, patient and have professional knowledge when follow up the snagging. Helen, Nigel, Sukhpal from customer care also show professional knowledge. Buying a home is a big deal in life, thank you to all these persons that make me worry-free.

I had a problem with a soft closing drawer for prob couple of years . Several engineers came to sort it . Eventually ordering a new drawer . Andrew came today and fixed the problem immediately. Didn’t need a new drawer after all. He also very helpfully adjusted my kitchen cupboard doors that had dropped . Was also polite and friendly . Lovell’s also rang me this morning to check the appointment time . All good , Thankyou

I can only comment on the purchasing process at this point because we haven't moved into our Lovell home yet.We found buying a Lovell home very straightforward. The Lovell sales staff were extremely helpful and guided us through the process well. The sales staff listened well and were considerate to our questions. All our questions were followed up. Although we had to make lots of decisions fairly quickly regarding the fitting out, because of the build stage the house was at, we never felt pressured into making those decisions.We met the site manager and we were shown around the site and the shell of our new home. The manager was helpful, answered all our questions and gave us all the time we needed.Well done.
