Good afternoon, we acknowledge receipt of your review and it is unfortunate that you have felt the need to write such comments. We are not able to discuss the details surrounding the deposit or the request for early release via this platform however your Son is fully aware of the reasons why. Should you remain unhappy please write into the office and we will respond appropriately in accordance with our complaints procedure. Kind regards.
