GoogleWouldn’t recommend using this company, I had an offer accepted on a property. They then couldn’t find a document to put the property as sold, after multiple calls over a two month period they kept saying the same thing. I then checked the property online and saw it went to cash buyers only, they did this without letting me know. I emailed the company to see what was going on and I had no reply.

GoogleWe can highly recommend lee at fraser wood, lee has been extremely helpful, being in the middle of all negotiations between us and the buyer. Before completing on the property we sold , lee went out of his way to help us with any enquiries, he kept us up-to date and contacted us as soon as any new news about the house was told by the solicitors about the house sale! I cant recommend the company and lee enough Thank you so much! We will definitely be selling more of our properties to lee!

GoogleI know they work for Vendor as they pay them. Overall communication is poor, they haven't communicated our concerns to the vendor, they were rushing us fake deadlines. My previous experience buying other properties with other agents was smooth. They kept ignoring my concerns to the Vendor, so the sale fell through. I now know that whom I shouldn't work if I want to sell my property. All the best to property sells via Fraswerwood Walsall. Also, they asked for 10% deposit to be paid for the Vendor as previous sale fell through. So, waste of time and money (homebuyer survey costs, solicitor costs etc.). With this second sale falling through, I am surprised how the vendor is going to meet vendor deadline by finding a new buyer, going through whole process. Happy to show you if anyone is interested and want to see the evidences.
Further to your recent review we would respond that, while we are sorry that a positive experience was not received, we have to disagree with a number of the points made. The issue of a deadline was as a result of the property being in a chain and came from the sellers at the top of the chain. The request for a 10% deposit came from the vendor, our client, who we are working on behalf of. This was not paid. Finally, we disagree entirely with the opinion that communication was poor. We had requested a copy of the Homebuyers Survey Report so that the concerns raised could be demonstrated to the vendors. Unfortunately, however, this was not provided to us and the sale did fall through. This concludes our response on this matter, although we would wish you success in finding another property.
