Having bought and sold properties within Walsall. I have found Bairstow Eves (Walsall), the best agent to deal with from both a sale and a buying perspective. Stacey, Naomi, and Kate know the market really well and go the extra mile. They also give honest advice, which is rare to find in an estate agency as most just want money from the sale. I went to a viewing for a house very close to me, the estate agent told me that she would let me know if I was unsuccessfull. I’ve not heard back at all and every time I have phoned i’ve not been able to get through. Now i’ve seen online that the house is now let agreed. I also left them several messages for the agent and their main office. Extremely disheartening as it’s so close to where we live currently. Hopefully this is just a one off but I will not be going forward with this estate agents again

I am an investor and deal with a lots of agents and can honestly said the staff at the Walsall office are extremely unprofessional. I would say my sale eventually went through despite them and not because of them. One person deals with your query, doesn’t get back to you and you end up having to speak to someone else and so on. My buyers also had a bad experience with them and were told their offer couldn’t be put forward if they didn’t use their recommended solicitors. Will never use them again.

EDIT.. Fast forward 6 years, and I came straight back to Bairstow to sell my property. I can only back up what I said back then! The most helpful team of people you could wish to meet. Always only a phone call, text or email away to help with anything - even giving the solicitors a kick up the arse! I would recommend them to anybody. If you need a Mortgage Advisor, get booked in with Sarah. We laughed and cried together and she constantly updated me with everything. No question was ever too stupid to ask! I literally can't praise these guys enough. As anybody can imagine, being a first time buyer is terrifying. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Between Marianne, Liz and Stacey, I couldn't have asked for more helpful, genuine, down to earth people. Every time I walk into the office, it was like being at home and always ALWAYS greeted with a smile. I'd recommend Bairstow to anybody, especially first time buyers. From requesting the viewing, through sorting my mortgage, insurance and general help and advice, these guys always find time to make a phone call for you or just answering general queries, no matter how stupid the question. Think I'm actually going to miss the place once everything is finalised!!

I was a first time buyer and bought a house through Bairstow Eves Walsall and they were fantastic. Although the vendor was their customer, they treated me just as well. They kept me updated throughout and never failed to return a call or email. Complements to the whole team but in particular to Della, Gracie, Naomi and Stacey who i spoke to the most. Stacey greeted me when i collected the keys and she couldnt have been nicer. She was as enthuastic, friendly and as excited as me!!

Fraudsters and thieves. Avoiding all our calls for almost a month. All we want is our holding fee back! (Apparently the owner backed out last minute, not our fault!) Kept ringing to be told our money would be paid back Friday and it wasn't. Do not go through these they are a huge waste of time and money. We will personally come in to your branch to get out money back! Thieves!

This is my first buy to let property, I wasn't sure who to use as my agent. I met several agents but after meeting Joe he made feel in control of a new situation. There were lots of things I didn't know, Joe helped me with lots of things he didn't need to with making sure my property was ready to let, with small renovation tips to make sure it was ready when the tenants viewed. It was rented after 1 week. Im hoping this is the first of many houses, I wouldn't go anywhere else, Joe will always get my business.

Went in looking for a rental property for my family and I, which we needed in quite a quick time frame. We dealt with Kiran and she was absolutely amazing with us. We had a really good experience with Bairstow Eves. From initial valuation with Kate all the way through to completion of the sale with Stacy and her team, everyone was friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgable. From not having any luck with other estate agents, Bairstow Eves sold our property within three weeks and we would recommend them to anyone (in fact we have done and they sold the property even quicker). We will certainly use them again in the future, should we need to. We can also recommend Marianne's services as a mortgage advisor. She has gone through and found us the best mortgage for our circumstances and has sorted all the paperwork. All in all they all make a great team.
