GoogleAbsolutely brilliant staff. From start to finish all the staff were friendly Professional and Caring. I couldn’t praise all the girls highly enough. GoogleI spoke with various estate agents and chose Your Move because they sounded very professional. I talked with Sarah-and made an appointment for her to visit my property to give me a valuation. She arrived on time and conducted the meeting with us very professionally and gave us the feeling she would sell the house and spoke with confidence. Sarah arranged for a photographer to take pictures and make a video . I called into the office and met Sarah (the boss)who went through the photos and video and we were very pleased with the quality of them. I then went on holiday shortly after and near the end of my holiday I was informed that I had 2 people wanted to view the property. This happened and from then on I spoke with all members of staff including Jess, Gail and little Chloe how things were progressing and they were all friendly and knowledgeable about my sale. I was very very pleased with the whole process of selling my property through Your Move.
We loved working with George, Christine and of course little Molly on the sale of Andromeda. We hope you soon get settled in your new home and thank you so much for your glowing review Sarah and the whole team at Your Move Wallsend

GoogleI’ve had a wonderful experience with the agents here, everyone I met has been incredibly helpful and kind. Gail, in particular, was amazing, guiding me through the entire renting process with patience and expertise, especially as someone new to UK housing policies. Though it’s not directly related to the agency, I also want to highlight how welcoming and friendly my landlord and neighbours have been, making me feel right at home in this community. The only small area for improvement would be the maintenance/repair service. Generally, they’re able to schedule and complete repairs within 1-3 weeks, but there was one instance of a leak that took four months to fully resolve.
