Been in my new property for nearly 3 weeks now, I have asked 4 times via telephone to remove the sold sign, the manner of the staff I spoke to were not bothered in the slightest, totally unprofessional, still stuck with an 8ft Sign 🙄

Daniel Fisher from Houghton -le-spring branch was great from start to finish. After 10 or so viewings another member of team suggested dropping price by £10,000 to sell but Daniel told us to stick with asking price and we would get it and less than week later got asking price..

I have been dealing with Beth & Gabrielle in the Sunderland Office in relation to my late mothers property. It's not on the market yet as we're getting a few things sorted first, but they could not have been more helpful Beth with arranging the valuation and the two just generally keeping in touch with us since with general updates. Will most certainly be putting the house on the market with Pattinson as no other agents we've had out have even bothered with a follow up call, I've had weekly communication with the branch. Honestly couldn't ask for more!

I found the whole of the Pattinsons team to be helpful throughout the buying process. Acquiring at auction was a new process for me but they made the transaction smooth. Darren Tynan and Kelly in the Alnwick branch were both responsive and helpful. I have enjoyed working with them and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future.

I'm super impressed with the overall expertise. knowledge and friendliness of the team (including Drew) which included providing a solicitor. It's ultra rare to receive this professional level of service in the UK.

We have just sold our house with Pattinson. The Whickham branch has been outstanding. Lyndsay at the Whickham branch always goes above and beyond. Any questions or concerns she’s on the end of the phone and so helpful and cheery. I would sell my next property with her (in particular)because of her amazing customer service skills. She made it easy and for that reason I would highly recommend selling through her. Sadly I have been looking for a house and other competitors are not as helpful or friendly and one in particular, I’d go as far to say was rude. I’ve never had that at the Whickham branch. Highly recommend

The crew at Pattinson estate agents on the fell were so helpful when my wife and I called in to ask them questions about the areas we were interested in ,They have fantastic local knowledge and were extremely helpful in every action .Helen the manager pointed us in the direction we could take and Jordan Duffy our agent showed us what we asked to see .Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely be doing future business with them .. a fab little team working very professionally

Pattinson Heaton Branch (NE6) to be precise were marvellous. Hayley in particular alongside the rest of the office diligently dealt with our requests, phonecalls, emails and kept well-updated in regards to our property purchase. They are a great team and will certainly look forward to working with them again God willing the chance opportunes again. Whilst I must confess I did contact and hassle them with bombarding phonecalls to devastating effect; Hayley dealt with me fantastically updating me more than my own lawyers! Thoroughly and genuinely recommended!

Avoid at all costs, very high over inflated unjustifiable fees. Scam you into contracts with solicitors fees and still charge you full even not using their solicitors.Mess you about by moving the property to Auctions which will waste your time and reduce the value of the property.

Sold my house with the whickham branch Lyndsay and Ian have been amazing and helped us through every step of the way! I would definitely recommend the service always call you back and answer your queries and always very helpful, I didn’t feel they were pushy with ‘getting the sale’ and the fees were really good! They did everything to market my property and we’re fabulous throughout the sale I would definitely recommend this team they are very knowledgable and friendly too!
