Exceptional service. Again. When I last moved house I sold through Cromwells and, having been impressed with the team and the service, had no hesitation in chosing them when I decided to sell again. And, if anything, the second time around the service was even more exceptional. My property was sold incredibly quickly and the team progressed the sale in an helpful and professional way and were throughly on the ball with every stage of the process. Everyone in the team that I dealt with was always helpful and friendly. I thoroughly recommend Cromwells.

Not only did they not even bother to show up to a valuation I had booked in to sell my property, they also told me a property that had just been uploaded 'had gone under offer' pretty amazing considering it had just showed up online. Not only that- I asked my Mum to call up not long after, they told her it was available and asked her when she could view! I've spoken to two different members of staff one of them quite literally put the phone down on me when I said I didn't have a buyer for my property... the reason I don't have a buyer for my property is because I am a cash buyer and I DONT NEED ONE... they just assumed I couldn't afford the property without even asking me any questions..so not only have they lost out on a sale from my other property- they have lost out on a buyer! Very well done guys - fab estate agency. I sincerely hope your manager is bursting with pride. RESPONSE TO THEIR COMMENTS: You wouldn't have me on your system as your staff didn't bother to register me, which is why they also didn't know i'm a cash buyer. How can you claim 'you don't have my property on your system'...I did not mention the address of it, size, location...you have once again demonstrated that you are compulsive liars, considering nobody showed up, can only assume that it wasn't added to your diary either!!....you have lied about a property being under offer when it's not - you have lied about your good reviews (I can mostly see awful ones), you have lied with your response to this review... all round liars. I don't want to ring, I dont care to listen to someone explain why my business isn't good enough. ...I've instructed Rosingdale's now...thanks

Gutted as our seller pulled out due to delays, delays which we were not aware were a problem until the seller had already pulled out and it was too late. Had Cromwells of contacted us when the seller first expressed concern we could have communicated what was happening our end. Every contact we had with Mitzi she was rude and abrupt. She was keen to put the blame on us even though we were blissfully unaware of the apparent issues. We have been well and truly let down by Cromwells due to their lack of communication and will avoid looking at Cromwells properties to prevent something like this happening again. A few family members have also had problems with Cromwells in the past. ****Update in response from owner. We were clearly advised that the seller decided to stay put due to delays. Your response below is a blatent lie. My partner contacted you to arrange a viewing as he saw another property he really liked to which he received the reply of "We note that you that from your recent online review you have stated you would not like to view properties through us? Regards " I would've expected Cromwells to use this as an opportunity to put things right. Instead they just reiterated their lack of professionalism.
