FacebookWe've just sold our flat through In House, and they kept us informed through-out the whole process. One thing I didn't appreciate as someone who hasn't gone through this before is that it is way more stressful than people say - that's not to do with In House though, it's just the nature of the beast. I would happily recommend them to anyone else wanting to sell on ??

Forget all the horror stories about Estate Agents - I couldn't have asked for more from the Wallingford Inhouse team.. I found them to be efficient, really friendly, and their communication with me was fantastic.. They made the whole process far less stressful than I had ever anticipated.. They managed to sell my house within a week of it being put on the market, and above asking price. Highly recommended..

FacebookFirst class service, well informed and connected staff, all in the office knew what was going on, so no misinformation. Good advice and sale achieved, what more could one ask? were i to ever move again I would use them, but I do plan on moving ever, however i would happily recommend them as a great estate agents.
