Phil, Jamie and Luke all helped along the way, with Phil getting us over the line after a somewhat stressful and drawn out push to exchange. They had on many occasions gone above and beyond to help keep the sale on track, of which we are so very grateful. Unlike other agents, they quickly spot the positives of a property, suggest how to tweak a negative, and give honest feedback. No matter who I spoke to at the office, the greeting was friendly and I was made to feel like a friend rather than customer. Very happy that we chose Inhouse to sell our property. We had several estate agents view our house. Decided to go with Inhouse as they have good local knowledge with in my view better photos of the properties on websites. My confidence was quickly rewarded with selling the property within 48 hrs and at a price other estate agents said was unlikely. Inhouse team were at all times responsive, approachable and professional.
