Walderslade Robinson Michael & Jackson were fantastic! Constantly updating us on the developments with our move and always happy to take questions. The following staff always went above and beyond: Kendall, Dallas, Joe and Maxine. They were always helpful and supportive.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

From the very start in assessing the value of the property a very professional, polite and helpful estate agents. Always friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Photographs and descriptions of the property were excellent and realistic. I would recommend them to anyone. You won't find better in the area.

Poor customer service and full of s***. You can be arrogant if you are good at your job but not this lot. Think twice about leaving your keys with them...end up leaving all your lights on in the property. And never deal with Micha!

We had a property to sell. We were offered a competitive agents fee which was one reason why we chose this office. From Initial meeting to completion the team kept us informed of viewings and progress. All in all good friendly professional service.

Straight forward and reliable service. The team at the Walderslade office threw loads of energy at the viewings on my property and got me a great buyer... then helped out with price negotiations. Would highly recommend.

I would recommend the Walderslade Team. The staff were great from start to finish, during the sale of, our late Mum’s house. Not pushy when we were deciding which estate Agent to use.

If I could give zero I would! Mark the manager is an absolute disgrace putting in an offer we didn't make & then ignoring all calls for a week. Avoid like the plague!

They are a disgrace. They never respond and get back to you despite making false promises that they will. Particularly when you sound non British.
