Disappointed that they didn't get back to me with regards to an initial valuation and a follow up on my enquiry, so went with another Estate Agent (Your Move). They were "on-the--case" immediately but with Zero hassle or pressure. Their loss (Robinson, Michael and Jackson) is Your Move's gain (NO chain on property... think that's an attractive selling point). Sure they can do much better but in this instance/experience...no.

We recently sold our house through Dallas, Kendall, Maxine and the Walderslade team and we cannot thank them enough for all they did for us. Their efforts on our behalf took away all the stress associated with selling a property (especially during a pandemic!). Nothing was too much trouble and they kept us informed all the way through. We whole heartedly recommend RMJ. Thanks guys!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

this is the second time we have used Robinson Michael & Jacksons to buy and sell properties in the Medway area, and can not fault their dedication and helpfulness during a stressful time even when we are losing our heads and harassing them and chasing for news and updates. Many thanks to the whole team at the Walderslade office for all their assistance
