GoogleTook a chance with this relatively new company and wished I hadn’t. Marketing material, drone views etc all very good. However they tried to pitch in at the highest commission rate - for a new comer pitching in at that rate was very ambitious so with a bit of negotiation, pleased they come to their senses and agreed. However, with over exaggerated promises of selling quickly, successfully didn’t actually happen. Finally was talked into reducing drastically the selling price to help these newbies to sell. Even then, had to keep chasing them to get feedback from viewers too. Office hardly answered calls, messages returned many days afterwards. Office not open as many hours as said or have strong staffing levels. Follow them to hear what they say to potential buyers - then make up your own mind about them. Don’t believe their sales pitch when they’re trying to convince you. They have some good points so not all bad. In my experience though-should have changed agents when I had the chance.

We are disappointed to hear that you were not entirely satisfied with our services; however, we are glad that you found our marketing material good. We understand that our commission structure may not be the cheapest option available online, but we always strive to offer a competitive rate compared to high street estate agents while providing exceptional service.
I am very disappointed to hear that you felt we did not sell you property quickly as we commenced the marketing of your property on the 5th of January and agreed a sale with the memorandum of sale sent out by the 31st of January, which we deemed a successful sale within a reasonable time frame. We originally advertised your property for £400,000, we did have little to no interest at this price and you required a quick sale so we decided the best strategy would be to change the marketing to offers over £375,000 and accepted an offer £10,000 over the asking price.
In regards to your comments on communication I can see we spoke to you over 87 times by phone during the time we were working with you not including the multiple times we had spoken out of office hours via our personal numbers and multiple emails. We understand that selling a property can be a stressful experience, and we always aim to keep our clients informed about their progress every step of the way.
We updated you on the progress every step of the way and unfortunately your buyer who was ready within 5 weeks of agreeing the sale on your property lost their buyer. We made you aware of this immediately and you then gave them a 3-day deadline to find a new buyer. We then worked closely with your buyer’s estate agent who managed to find a new buyer within the deadline set out. You also set a deadline of 4 weeks to progress the transaction to completion, unfortunately this was a unrealistic demand as there are multiple factors that can effect timescales as we had advised you.
You set out an unrealistic demand to exchange and complete on the Friday and was advised by solicitors this was not possible due to the banks needing to draw down funds and the condition of the lenders needing 5 working days as standard. There was one outstanding enquiry which was being dealt with by solicitors at the bottom of the chain who advised they would be ready to exchange as soon as the enquiry was satisfied, it was at this point you decided to withdraw from the sale.

He made me feel comfortable and didn’t put any pressure on us to make a decision there and then. Once we’d decided to go ahead, all of the paperwork came through so so quickly and the house was on the market within a couple of days of confirming! Dan came and took the photos and despite having three young children in the house, he made it really easy to get the house looking photo ready! Karl arranged lots of viewings and our house sold within two days. The whole way through the process both Karl and Dan were available to contact via WhatsApp which made communication so much easier!
