GoogleWe just sold through Freeman and Gray, Jason Brookman did a great job throughout. One bit of advice I would give if you do feel that your propety has unique properties is to right down a fact sheet and ask that it is distributed amongst the viewing agents. Our property was always going to be difficult to sell and it was always going to be a case of waiting for the right buyer. With it being so hit and miss you need to guarantee that the agents have all the tools they need. This would be the same for any agent.
Our biggest regret is that we didn't lower the price sooner and by enough. At the end of the day if offers are to low just say no.
Anyway big thanks to the team. We can now move on with our lives 👍
